Positive: from the roof you can see the city is very beautiful.

Negative: Limited opening and closing hours at the bar. On the roof it says it closes at 11 pm but at 10 pm you are not allowed to go upstairs. If it rains the floor is slippery upstairs. There is no smoking area upstairs. The smoking area is only on the 8th floor bar but sometimes it is full in that area with meetings and also the bar closes at 10 pm and you have to go downstairs every time you want to smoke.
